Placing the order
- The site is a product catalog, having on display all of our products and their information.
- If you want to place an order, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or contact us through Facebook.
- In case of single items, the order of the arrival of the requests will be considered.
Shipment and deliveries
- Upon receiving the payment we immediately pack the items for shipment usually, within less than 24h, followed by a tracking code sent to you by email, so that you can follow the order online.
- In Portugal the orders will be received in the next 48 hours, Islands and Europe up to 3/5 days, rest of the world 5 weekdays (unless it is withheld at the customs).
Privacy & Security
- Your personal information necessary for the orders is confidential and it is not shared with anyone, not even for other projects.
Warranties
- All the used items have a 30 days warranty, but only with the option of being repaired or exchanged. The shipping costs are not included in the warranty unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- After notification, by email, you have a 7 day period to validate the warranty, to return the goods. In case of purchases made from abroad, it is enough to send us proof of registered shipment.
Payment
- We offer different forms of payment according to the client's address. You can pay cash if you can collect the order in our shop. If you want the order to be sent to you, choose payment by bank transfer, our IBAN will be sent to you with the order confirmation.
- Cash
- If you live in Porto or you can visit our shop, then this is the easiest choice.
- Bank Transfer
- If you choose this option our IBAN will be sent to you with the order confirmation.
